The sparkle, shine and beauty of natural stones have always intrigued me. I wondered how such beautiful specimens could come from Mother Earth. So, after 35 years in the corporate world I retired. I decided to explore the world of jewelry and my journey began. It is because of my love for natural stones that I created this business. All the Jewelry we offer is hand picked by me for its beauty and quality. I travel many cities and states to find products that are unique in design and have several “one-of-a-kind” pieces.
We are all constantly being challenged to manage our money and I am happy to state that our products are priced so that you can make the smartest use of every penny. It is our MISSION to offer a diverse choice of precious and semi-precious jewelry at very affordable prices.
Why the name of "Gifts From Precious"? God did not bless me with children; however, he did bless me with thirteen beautiful Godchildren. One day I went to visit one of these little darlings, Krystal, who at the time was 18 months old. She came running forward with open arms to greet me. I told her she was precious and she thought that I had told her that my name was Precious so that became my nickname. Because she and all my other Godchildren are soooo Precious to me I named the business in their honor.

Global Refund Policy:
Customer satisfaction is our top priority so if you are not happy with any of the items you purchase you have the option to return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase.
Refund Merchandise Procedures:
1. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the merchandise you receive please contact us immediately (note that the refund period is 30 days from date of purchase).
2. Before returning merchandise for a money refund, please obtain a Return Authorization Code Number by emailing us at returns@giftsfromprecious.com. Please print out the email we send you with this number on it and include it in the package you return. Please note that any returned items that are not accompanied by an official Return Authorization Code Number will be returned to you at your expense.
3. The merchandise and all its relevant documents must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original packaging materials. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, or resized cannot be accepted for return.
4. Returning merchandise for a Refund must be securely packed and shipped prepaid and insured for the full purchase price using only Federal Express, US Postal Service, or UPS to the following address: Gifts From Precious, P.O. Box 173, San Ramon, CA 94583. 5. If in the event that you change your mind after purchasing a jewelry item and decide that you don't want the merchandise after it has been shipped, but before it arrives, please do not refuse to accept the postal delivery. Doing so will mean that you will be liable for brokerage charges and duty incurred upon its return.
Refund methods:
Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s). The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. · Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. · Check/Cash payments will be refunded in the form of a check from Gifts From Precious, which will be mailed to your billing address within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned package.
Return and refund status:
You will receive an Order Status email on the same day that your refund is credited or mailed.
Incorrect or damaged items:
